Symptoms

Spinal Shape Assessment

Lordosis. Also called swayback, the spine of a person with lordosis curves significantly inward at the lower back. Kyphosis. Kyphosis is characterised by an abnormally rounded upper back (more than 50 degrees of curvature). Scoliosis. A person with scoliosis has a sideways curve to their spine. The curve is often S-shaped or C-shaped.

Workplace Assessment

This is the process of assessing your work station for postural alignment, balance and circulation. The position of your eyes to the computer screen, your activity duration, feet placement, table height and general ergonomics of your body against the environment you work within.

Lessen Chance of Injury

By changing your posture at your workstation yiu lessen the chance for long-term problems with your hands, arms, neck, back and legs. Repetitive positions can change your postural alignment over time.

We review your stance and how well you engage your core through everyday standing positions. We teach you to engage the right muscles to interact with during simple stances.
